Add button is disabled in Foglight Storage Environment (FSM) (4341612)

Storage Environment | Administration | Add Button is disabled.  Unable to add new Storage Collector Agent

1) Go to Dashboards | Administration | Cartridges | Cartridge inventory

2) Look for the StorageCollector cartridge is the same version as the other storage cartridges (e.g 4.3.1).  

3) If it is disabled (gray X in from of it) select it and click 'Enable' button

Note: installation order and enabling of FSM cartridge is important.  Please refer to FSM release note for detail.
