How to stop a Log Shipping plan temporarily?

Resolution
There is no central way to 'pause' or stop and restart a LogShipping plan. Each step of the LS plan is a scheduled SQL Agent task on the Publisher and/or Subscriber and are linked by PlanID. They must each be manually disabled on each instance.
You can re-initialise a plan that has stopped on the publisher by running SLS_Init_Log_Shipping @PlanName ' <plan name>', @InitDatabase = 1
This will re-enable all of the jobs for the plan. -

LiteSpeed jobs associated with the log shipping plan may include (Version 4.6, 4.7, 4.8): SQL LiteSpeed Log Shipping Backup, SQL LiteSpeed Log Shipping File Cleanup, SQL LiteSpeed Log Shipping Init Plan, SQL LiteSpeed Log Shipping Latency Notification Backup,SQL LiteSpeed Log Shipping Latency Notification Restore and SQL LiteSpeed Log Shipping Restore.
