Description
Starting with version 3.8.3 Coexistence Manager for Notes is using a different license generator than the one used for all prior product versions.
How does this affect me? You will need to obtain a new license in order to upgrade your software to version 3.9 or higher.

Resolution
In order to upgrade to version 3.9, you must obtain a new license file first, before the installation. (Note: 3.8.2 and below licenses will NOT be compatible with version 3.9 or higher).
To obtain a new key, please refer to the License Key Upgrade page.
How to tell which key you are using,
Old License Key shows Product Version 3.x
New LV License Key shows Product Version 3
If you are unable to locate your License Number to complete the upgrade please contact the Quest Licensing department.
Quest recommends that you plan to upgrade your product to the latest version to continue to obtain all future product features and functionality.
