When running the canned report entitled Mailbox Content - Audit Items by Body Keyword No Matching records are found for any combination of filters.
Not all prerequisites have been fulfilled to allow this report to run.
1. Ensure that a Default Gathering has run without errors.
2. Open the Properties for the Mailbox Content & Attachment task.
3. On the Mailbox Items page, ensure that the correct mail server, mailbox database and mailboxes are selected.
4. On the Content Filters page, the All content radio button must not be selected.
5. To enable auditing items by body keyword select Only content that satisfies the following filter:
and tick or body contains.
6. In the or body contains field enter the keywords delimited by a space that will be available for reporting.
Important: Only keywords that have been configured on the gathering task will be available for producing reports.
7. Right click the Mailbox Content & Attachment task and choose Run Now with Override.
8. Ensure the Mailbox Content & Attachment task completes without errors.
