After upgrading Archive Manager the website will not load and the following error is logged in the event log:

Not all files have been upgraded in the Archive Manager installation folder, leaving a mismatch between file versions and their dependencies.
1. Stop all Archive Manager Services and ensure IIS is stopped by stopping the World Wide Web Publishing Service(W3SVC)
2. Rename the ArchiveManager folder in Program Files (by default C:\Program Files\Quest Software\ArchiveManager)
3. Reinstall Archive Manager or re-copy the installation folder from another server if available
4. Start the World Wide Web Publishing Service(W3SVC)
If the installation files are copied from another server, the authentication method (Forms or Windows Integrated) will be set to the same as the source server.
