When opening attachments in the Web interface you see "We are sorry, there has been an error in Archive Manager"
You may also see the following event in the Application Event Viewer on the Archive Manager Server:
The Data Folder containing attachments is not available.
Cause 1:
The Data Folder is not shared
Cause 2:
The Data folder has been moved
Ensure that the Data Folder is Shared. The default sharename of this folder is ArchiveManagerAttachment and it's default location is C:\ArchiveManager\Data.
Resolution 1:
Reshare the data folder and give Everyone Full Sharing Permissions.
Resolution 2:
In SQL the Storage Location Table contains the location of this share. Ensure that the Connection String Column reflects the proper location of the Data Folder Share
Ex:DATA=\\SERVERNAME\ArchiveManagerAttachment
