DomainEnumeration failed with error message: An error has occurred while establishing a connection to the server. When connecting to SQL Server 2005, this failure may be caused by the fact that under the default settings SQL Server does not allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error: 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified).

Cause
The SQL Server listening port has change on the MessageStats SQL Server

Resolution
After changing the SQL Server Default port from 1433 to a custom port, use must restart the SQl Browser Service on the SQL Server. If this is not started, applications trying to connect to the SQL Server are not aware of the configuration/port change.
