Getting error when trying to run the executable: SpotlightonOracle_750.exe is not a valid Win32 application
This error can appear when the file got corrupted by firewall or the antivirus software during donwload. It can aslo be corrupted because of renaming the executable.
Reboot your PC and try to download again without changing the name of the file. Once it is downloaded you can do the right click and run as Administrator.
