PST Import wizard fails with the following error:
Error in current PST File: none
Exception is: MAPI Error !
Interface : IMAPISession
Code : FailOneProvider
Component : MAPI 1.0
The information store could not be opened.
PST Importer cannot open the PST. This can be due to:
NTFS permissions not allowing access to the PST
Corrupt Outlook profile
Outlook is set to Prompt for a profile
Outlook or another process has a file lock on the PST.
1. Ensure that Everyone is given Full Control NTFS permissions on the PST file.
2. Close Outlook and ensure no other processes have the PST open.
3. Create a new Outlook profile and set Outlook to use that profile as the default profile.
