When opening a stripped message in Outlook using the Archive Manager Form, the following message is displayed "Right-click here to download picture. To help protect your privacy, Outlook prevented automatic download of this picture from the internet."

Cause
Security settings in Outlook prevent automatic downloads of embedded pictures by default.

Resolution
For Outlook 2007, open the following menu: Tools | Trust Center | Automatic Download
Untick the box that says "Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail"
ÂFor Outlook 2003, open the following menu: Tools | Options | Security | Change Automatic Download Settings
Untick the box that says "Don't download pictures or other content automatically in HTML e-mail"
