Resolution
You will need to update one of the configuration files on your Diagnostic Server to prevent the duplicate alert e-mails being sent.
Do the following:
1. Access Diagnostic Server
2. Go to the C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Diagnostic Server\Agent\conf\Package\sqlserver_spotlight\2005\ folder
3. Rename your existing QS_Blocking.sql file to QS_Blocking.BAK
4. Place the attached QS_Blocking.sql file in that directory.
