Even thought your license is fine upon investigation.

Cause
There is likely an orphaned SharePoint Timer job leftover on a Farm. -
Resolution
Remove SharePoint timer job called Content Manager License Verification, using the following script run on WFE server.$Timerjob = Get-SPTimerJob -id (Enter ID name of timer job here)$Timerjob.Delete()
