If the website displays as being "Under Construction" or inaccessible, check the following items in this order:
1. That a DNS record has been created for the host header specified during setup. By default it should be archivemanager and should be created as a CNAME record pointing to the A record of the Webserver.
2. Locate the Archive Manager website in the IIS Administration tool on the WebServer. Right-click the website and select Properties. On the Website tab, select Advanced. Verfiy the host header is correct.
3. If the website is still giving issues, uninstall the Website component and reinstall it (Make sure to back up your Website configuration before uninstall it)
