Description

Whilst performing a search on the Archive Manager website, an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle with the following error is displayed: "The specified network name is no longer available"
Cause

The "Server" service (LanmanServer) is not running on the SQL server.
Resolution

Start the "Server" service.
