Description
Getting error when trying to connect:
Datasource error in connection "<name>": The version of Unix in use at "<connection_name>" is not supported by this product.
Unix reported: SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_4.1 -
Cause
This issue can occur if an environment variable is incorrectly set.

Resolution
On the PC where Spotlight is installed, please ensure the system environment variable PLINK_PROTOCOL is set to the value "ssh" note in lowercase and don't include the quotes !
If the variable is not present then it needs to be added. -
