Version 12.8 does not save editor bookmarks
Description

Version 12.8 does not save editor bookmarks anymore.
In previous versions the bookmarks created were available after closing and reopening the file but in this new version they disappear once the editor is closed.

Issue fixed in Toad for Oracle 12.10. The latest version of Toad for Oracle can be downloaded through this link.
