Getting error "The signature of Toad for Oracle 12.1 64 bit is corrupt or invalid." when downloading the tool.
Resolution

Go to Start | Control Panel |Network and Internet | Internet Options |Advanced | Security and uncheck "check for publisher's certificate revocation", "check for servercertificate revocation" and "check for signatures on downloaded programs".
After downloading Toad properly check those options again if needed.
Additional Information

If the OS is Spanish your mesage will be : “la firma de Toad for Oracle 12.1 64 bit Commercial está dañada o no es válida”.
