When trying to catalog a Tape backup, Recovery Manager for Exchange doesn't see the tape drive.

Cause
This problem will occur if Backup Exec v10. DLT Tape Quantum Drivers are being used.

Resolution
Windows Tape backup drivers are required for Recovery Manager to see the tape drive and perform a restore.
