The following error: cannot find libapr_tsvn.dll is returned when opening Toad.
Resolution

RESOLUTION 1
Uninstall Toad with the Quest Installer ( Start | All Programs | Quest Software | Quest Installer ) and install it again.
RESOLUTION 2
If there is TortoiseSVNinstalled in the computer, please download and install the last version of this tool.
