Unable to view MessageStats reports page - Receive Error: "HTTP Error 404 - File Not Found" -
Description
When trying to view the MessageStats Reports web site, the following error is displayed:
"HTTP Error 404 - File Not Found"
OR
"HTTP Error 404 - File or Directory not found" -
Cause
Active Server Pages are not enabled in IIS. -
Resolution
The issue can be resolved by enabling Active Server Pages in IIS 6, under the WWW Component from the Add Windows Components under Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and by using the following Microsoft Knowledge Base Articles:
