When trying to view the MessageStats Reports web site, the following error is displayed:
"HTTP Error 404 - File Not Found"
OR
"HTTP Error 404 - File or Directory not found"
Active Server Pages are not enabled in IIS.
The issue can be resolved by enabling Active Server Pages in IIS 6, under the WWW Component from the Add Windows Components under Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel and by using the following Microsoft Knowledge Base Articles:
