Can historical data be gathered from Exchange Servers?
To gather historical data from Exchange Servers all tracking log files from the date selected must be available for importing. If the tracking log files for the desired dates are no longer available in the tracking log share, the historical data cannot be gathered. The setting on the Exchange Server that refers to how long tracking log files are stored need to be confirmed. To import the tracking logs run an Interactive Gathering, selecting a date range for the available tracking logs and allow the gathering to finish.
