Cause
SMTP Server specified is no longer relaying messages

Resolution
The Exchange SMTP Server will not relay messages anymore. Please confirm the Exchange Server specified for relaying subscriptions still valid because the following article was found http://www.systemwebmail.com/faq/4.3.1.aspx which indicates that the Server is not relaying SMTP messages.
Please change the SMTP Server Name specified in the Subscriptions Properties on the MessageStats Web Site. -
