Is it possible to change the Test Builder from a modal to a non-modal dialogue?
Description

Is it possible to change the Test Builder from a modal to a non-modal dialogue, so that it's possible to use the Dashboard when the Test Builder is open, just like the Test Editor? (And therefore be able to have multiple Test Builders open?)

None.
