How to change the InTrust Alert URL used in the email notification?
If you have included the Alert URL in the email notification, you will see the following in the body of email format.
%orgparam:WEBMONITORURL%%alert.alertid%
It is getting the URL from the organization parameter which is WEBMONITORURL
WORKAROUND
To change the WEBMONITORURL parameter, you need to do the following:
1. Open InTrust Manager
2. Expand Configuration | InTrust Servers | [InTrust Server Name]
3. Right click on [InTrust Server Name]
4. Click Properties
5. Go to Parameters tab
6. Select Show all check box
7. Scroll down to the bottom
8. Select WEBMONITORURL and click Edit button
9. Select Override option
10. Change the URL
11. Click Apply and OK
12. Commit changes
