Is it possible for ESM to Process Mailboxes Hidden From The GAL

ESM is unable to processs Mailboxes hidden from the GAL and the below error message is seen

Cause
This is by design as MAPI CreateProfile Method is making the request to GAL and when it fails to open the mailbox, it fails to create the profile as well, resulting in the ESM cannot able to process the mailbox.
Resolution
WORKAROUND:
Unhide the hidden mailbox from the GAL.
STATUS:
The issue is resolved in Archive Manager 5.2 or later.
