Issue
We see the following errors throughout the migration log. We can open the user's mail file from the migration workstation, what is causing this error?
! Error: Failed to open document: (582) You are not authorized to perform that operation
! Error: MIMEConvertCDParts error 582
Solution
Check the source mail file Access Control List (ACL). Change the Migration user (or group) permissions to Manager.
Retry the migration.
