When the fglam is started the error below in displayed

Looking in the log file it complains about not being able to access the install.config.xml
When you navigate to Quest_Software/Foglight_Agent_Manager/state the install.config.xml is missing. There are no backups of the file how can this file be recreated?
The install.config.xml can be copied from another host running the same version of fglam and placed in the Quest_Software/Foglight_Agent_Manager/state the restart the fglam
