The following error is seen in the FMS logs. Foglight process starts, then ends.

Foglight has lost access to the repository database
Check that server hosting the Foglight database is accessible. This could be MySQL, Oracle or SQL Server.
Here is an example of the transaction log being full as it might appear in the Foglight Management Server logs:
