When restoring Exchange 2007 backups made with TSM 5.5 you receive error: An internal program error occurred.
Also, in the following log file -QuestSoftware.RecoveryManager.XBSATivoli.log you will see this error as well: "calculated buffer length (524288) is not matched with extracted (24576)." -
Cause
Version 4.6 and previous versions of Recovery Manager for Exchange will not work with TSM 5.5, only version 4.6.1 of Recovery Manager for Exchange supports TSM 5.5.

Additional Information
This can also occur if TSM 5.5 was previously installed and was downgraded to a previous version of TSM.
