Description

After installing Recovery Manager for Exchange you get the error when trying to open the product. An error occurred while initializing the storages database. Details: The storages database is incompatible with this version Of this product. Please use the database included with the installation package.
Resolution

SQL server was not installed correctly. Check programs and features and see if there is a version number associated with the SQL install.
Reinstall SQL server or Point Recovery Manager for Exchange to a already installed SQL server during the installation.
