Description
There are no BlackBerry PINs or Phone Numbers showing up in the BlackBerry Reports.

Cause
By default, the Privacy Property is set for "All users" to be excluded from gathering their private information.

Resolution
Follow the steps below to enable this data to be gathered.
1. Right-click on the BlackBerry icon in the MessageStats Console and select Properties.
2. Either select 'No Users' if you would like to gather everyones private information or you can select the desired users to exclude their private information from being gathered.
The next time the BlackBerry default gathering runs it will gather the private information based on what you have specified above.
