When running Messagestats Blackberry gatherings against a BES server running BES High Availability and the servers failover, the gatherings fail and hang. The only way to fix the issue is to delete the task and recreate.
Does Messagestats support BES High Availability feature?
MessageStats does not support the High Availability option in BES 5.x.
Gathering is configured to run against the active node, if failover occurs then the gathering needs to be configured to run against the new active node. This information is pulled from the BESMGMT database.
If the Blackberry server fails over to a different node then the gathering task will need to be recreated to gather data from BES.
