Can you create a report to see when the Exchange Services were down and how long they were down for?
Unfortunately, Spotlight on Messaging does not have a report you can run to show when the Exchange Services were down and how long they were down for.

Enhancement Request TF00186334 has been submitted to Development for consideration in a future release of Spotlight on Messaging.
