The MMC for Recovery Manager is not launching and there is an error in the Security event log (4330043)

When attempting to launch the MMC console for Recovery Manager for AD through a terminal services session, the console does not open.

The Security event log contains the following event:

"Source: Security Category: Privilege Use Type: Failure Aud Event ID: 577 User: DOMAIN\administrator Computer: Servername Privileged Service Called: Server: Security Service: - Primary User Name: administrator Primary Domain: DOMAIN Primary Logon ID (0x0, 0xHEXNUMBER) Client User Name: - Client Domain: - Client Logon ID: - Privileges: SeCreateGlobalPrivilege If physically at the console or using the /console switch, the problem does not occur."

The potential cause of this issue may be due to insufficient rights on the system where Rrecovery Manager for AD is installed.

To resolve this issue, please ensure that 'Create Global Objects' policy under User Rights Assignments has the Builtin\Administrators group added to it.
