The Event waits graph shows some negative values
Description

When running the database Monitor on a 19.5 database, the Event waits graph shows some negative values which obviously cannot be.
Cause

The database monitor gets some of its values from the v$sysstat view. The values in this view grow over time. The database monitor shows the difference in these values as time goes along. At some point, the values in V$sysstat reach a maximum and start over at 0, causing a large negative spike in the database monitor charts.
