Removing groups from full access in Exchange does not remove users from Archive Manager mailbox
Description

"When full Access permissions are added to a mailbox in Exchange the permissions are replicated in Archive Manager,
However
When the permissions on a mailbox in Exchange are removed this will not be replicated to the mailbox in Archive Manager. "
With the following Configuration Console Setting Enabled:
Property - 'Directory Connector Import Mailbox Permissions'
Value - 'True'
Cause

This is expected behaviour.
Resolution

The configuration Console Property 'Directory Connector Import Mailbox Permissions' allows you to decide whether or not to import the permission from Exchange.
However the directory connector will not remove the permissions as this would cause a conflict within AM.
The option to associate mailbox from within AM would be affected if this feature was available.
The ability to Add permissions can be performed from multiple sources but the Ability to remove can only be done from the One source to ensure consistency.
Example:
If User ‎A gave access to user B in Exchange
In the AM website User A was given access to User C
Then User A would have access to A, B & C
If the Directory Connector was able to remove permissions as per Exchange Configuration then it would cause a conflict.
It would be trying to remove User C to align with the permissions set in Exchange.
Note:
In Archive Manager 5.5 this behaviour was changed and permissions are now removed from Archive Manager when removed from Exchange.
