Dirsync Hybrid Accounts are not found in the Cloud Environment after the Read workflow is run -
Description
Read workflows are running but not finding hybrid accounts in a cloud environment -
Cause
By default a Dirsync cloud environment only looks for cloud only objects, and does in include on-prem AD objects in the scope of the Read into SQL. -
Resolution
To include Hybrid objects into the Read, go to Dirsync and click the Hamburger menu icon upper left corner | Settings | Environments | General Tab | Select the 'Include objects managed by Active Directory' box to read both on-prem AD hybrid and Cloud only created objects.
