Cannot resolve the collation conflict between "SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS" and "Latin1_General_CI"
Description

When the Journal Report Data Loader runs, an exception is thrown due to a SQL collation mismatch between a temporary table and the Archive Manager database.
Resolution

WORKAROUND
This issue is identified as a defect with version 4.8 and 5.0. Please Contact Support to get the Hotfix.
STATUS
Issue fixed in version 5.1. The latest version of Archive Manager can be downloaded at: https://support.quest.com/download-product-select
