How to print a diagram to Ledger (11x17)? (4328421)

I cannot print a diagram in Ledger 11x17, even though all settings suggest the printout will be 11x17.

WORKAROIUND:

RESOLUTION 1:

1. Go to 'Settings | Options'
2. Click on 'General'
3. On the right-hand-side change the 'Select Unit of Length' from millimeter to inch and click 'OK'
4. Go to 'File | Page Format'
5. In the 'Scale' section under 'Page,' choose 'Custom'
6. Set the Height to 11 and Width to 17
7. Under 'Orientation' choose landscape to correspond to the dimension
8. Then go to 'File | Print Preview' and select 'Print'

RESOLUTION 2:

1. Export the entire ERD into an image by going to 'File | Export to Image'
2. Select the desired format jpg, bmp or png format
3. Set the size of the image
4. Print the image
