Archive Manager website just shows up as a white screen with no errors.
Description

After installing Archive Manager the website does not display correctly, it suimply shows up as a white screen with no errors reported.
Resolution

IIS is not installed or all required features of IIS is not installed (usually this is Windows and Forms authentication features)
Install the required IIS features and reboot the machine
