What does the Spotlight Distributed Collector Recovery Task do?

The Spotlight Distributed Collector Recovery Task, monitors the Spotlight Distributed Collector service every 15 minutes if it is not responding properly the executable that the task is calling will restart the service to prevent Health tests from failure.

Note: If you have notifications set up you may get a notification email stating that "The test failed to execute using Diagnostic Services. Verify the Distributed Collector service is running on localhost using port 9610" but your next email should state this error was cleared as the service was successfully restarted.
