When trying to use the "Create missing mailboxes option.
Restores all items you have selected. If a target mailbox is missing it will be created."

The following error happens after the restore wizard starts.

An error occurred while processing the object "MailboxName" Details: A Constraint violation occurred. Would you like to skip this mailbox and continue?

The account you use to access Exchange Server must have the following permissions for the target mailbox database:
•Full Access
•Send As
•Receive As

The account you use to access the mailbox must have the following permissions for the mailbox:
•Send As
•Receive As
Note: Even though the account you use is the Administrator account or is a member of the Domain Admins or Enterprise Admins groups, this account may be explicitly denied Send As and Receive As permissions for all mailboxes except its own.
