You have upgraded from vConverter 5.1.0.27 to vConverter 5.1.1 and receive the following general error below after upgrade on a conversion task that was working before upgrade.

Possible Solutions: Generally, this happens when the Target Server is not properly specified. If converting Direct to ESX, check that the correct Target Server is specified and that the Target folder matches the Target Server. If Target is a Network shared folder check that correct credentials are used to write to that share. This is done by going to Advanced > Set Login.
Simply remove conversion task and delete converted VM.
Create new conversion task and start conversion
