How to keep the SpotlightManagmentFramework Database from growing too big and what are the recommended settings.
1. Open the Spotlight on Messaging Management Console
2. In the tree view, expand Global Settings then click on Database Settings
3. Change the number of days for the Web Reports Daily data retention (days), Web Reports hourly data Retention (days) and Test Results History data retention (days) to a managable number of days for the amount of storage you have available.
Below are the recommended settings, if you increase these values you will see performace issues writing to the database.
Test Results History data retention (days) 7 days
Web Reports hourly data Retention (days) 7 days
Web Reports Daily data retention (days) 30 days
