Received the following error message when launching a new install of TOAD through TOAD short cut.
"Windows is searching for toad.exe. To locate the file yourself, click Browse."
This message is followed by...
"The item 'toad.exe' that this short cut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly.
Nearest match based on size, date, and type:
C:\Program Files\...
Do you want to fix this shortcut to point to this target or do you just want to delete it?"
When searching for the toad.exe manually, it doesn't exist. What happen during install?
Most possible, TOAD is installed as 'client only'.
1. Rerun TOAD Installer.
2. It auto detects that the version exists and prompts to remove the TOAD installation. Click OK to uninstall.
3. Next run the installation by selecting a 'Full installation' type of installation.
Ensure to use an administrator account to execute TOAD installer.
