Description
Despite having DBA module and Oracle 10g Database Server, the following menu items are grayed out
Database | Export | Data Pump Wizard and Database | Import | Data Pump Wizard -
Cause
Oracle Client used for connection must be Oracle 10g and onwards. -
Resolution
1. Install Oracle 10g Client, to download from Oracle Corporation website
2. Connect to Database through Oracle 10g Client -
Additional Information
Data Pump wizard feature is available from Oracle 10g and onwards, it is a requirement that the Oracle client is compatible to the Oracle Database server to have this Data Pump feature enabled.
