Special consideration: Default PASS Cluster installation affects Group Failover -
Description
Special consideration for Performance Analysis Active/Passive cluster installation. During the Performance Analysis Agent installation, when the option for configure the QAM Launcher service for cluster failover is selected, then the default setting for this service is that should it fail, the cluster group will fail over to the passive node.

Cause
This is a default setting of a cluster service

Resolution
Manual configuration is required in order that the cluster group will not fail over to passive node should the cluster service fails. This is how to make the configuration change:
In Cluster Administrator :
Right click the QAM Launcher service, select Properties
In the dialog, go to Advanced tab, under Restart, uncheck "Affect the group" . Then click OK.
