The error message "Unable to find RAC connection information" is received when trying to debug a RAC server via LDAP.

Resolution
WORKAROUND 1:
Please remove the TNSnames path in the sqlnet.ora and restart Toad.WORKAROUND 2:
Create tnsnames entries in local tnsnames.ora file for each individual instance for each RAC databases and set sqlnet to
names.directory_path=(TNSNAMES, LDAP)WORKAROUND 3:
Create individual instance entries into OID (LDAP) database for each RAC database and set sqlnet.ora to
names.directory_path=(LDAP)
