Error: "Cannot connect to Mailbox" is returned when trying to restore data on a schedule
Description

An automated task that restores data to an online Exchange mailbox may fail to run on a schedule, returning the error “Cannot connect to mailbox.” This problem occurs when the target mailbox is in a domain that is different from the one where Recovery Manager for Exchange is installed.
Resolution

WORKAROUND

Run the task manually:
1 In the Recovery Manager for Exchange console tree, select the Task Manager node.
2 In the task list in the right pane, click the task you want to run.
3 Click the Run Now button.

STATUS

Waiting for a fix in the future release of Recovery Manager for Exchange.
