Failed to retrieve configuration
Description

During configuration of Powershell Throttling Settings in MNE, error is generated:
"Failed to retrieve configuration. Check database settings.
See Migration Console log for more error details."
Cause
Resolution

RESOLUTION:
- Set the MaxPowerShellConnections value to 0 from the Edit menu | Global Default Settings
and restart the MNE console
